Garrison Junior Tournament ends with playoff hole
in our Girls Division. Jordyn pulled off a
one shot win on hole #1 against a New Hampshire
standout - 10 year old Lauren Thibodeau.
The girls played great!

12 year old Nick Hennessey shot an impressive 26.
He's played for quite a few years at Garrison and
has learned from both Mr. Murphy and Kevin.
Originally from Haverhill, he has come to our Saturday
morning junior clinics for 4 years.

3rd place in the 12-14 division was Tyler McCormack,
who has come in the top 3 in all our 4 tournaments
and played a consistent game again today.

Despite a drizzly rain, and cooler August weather,
42 participants played in our most "well played" tournament yet.
Kevin said the scores were the best yet,
showing much improvement in our Junior golfers
as the summer winds down.

Haverhill Junior City Golf Championship, August 30

Junior Clinics

No pre sign-up necessary.

Tuesday Afternoons

Juniors - ages 4 - 7 from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM ......... Cost $10 per session

On Tuesday afternoons, we offer one hour of golf instruction for the youngest of golfers. Juniors are taught the fundamentals of the golf swing and putting stroke. We ask that parents stay during the clinic. Towards the middle of the summer, select juniors will be able to also play the course.

Saturday Mornings

Juniors - ages 8 - 15 - Two sessions: 8 - 10 OR 10 - 12 ......Cost $10 per session

On Saturday mornings, we hold 2 two hour sessions for juniors. Participants are taught the fundamentals of golf, including etiquette and the rules of the game. Parents typically stay at the course. Most of the children are able to also play 9 holes at the end of each session.
